The Rotary District 7890 Addiction Task Force is on a mission to create awareness of the opioid crisis and the increasing need for treatment services. They are hoping to reduce the stigma of disease and present one community's approach to dealing with those struggling with the disease of addiction by providing an alternative to arrest and incarceration.
